Planning Committee

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to assist in planning the 59th Gorham Pageant of Bands!

Community Planning Committee members meet occasionally with members of the Band & Guard Boosters to provide feedback and support for the Pageant of Bands.  The Committee assists in tasks associated with running the Pageant, including outreach, logistics, and day-of volunteer support.

Committee members may also be contacted individually to support specific projects outside of meetings.

Qualities of a Community Planning Committee Member:

• Active member of the Marcus Whitman community

• Passionate about the Pageant of Bands and its success, as well as our student musicians

• Able to attend occasional planning committee meetings in person at Marcus Whitman High School

• Available to assist with small projects outside of committee meetings

• Enthusiastic about leveraging connections and bringing people together to support the Pageant

• Being a Pageant alumnus (student or volunteer) is a plus!
