Pageant of Bands

Interested in chipping in as a Pageant alumnus? Thinking about donating in memory of a friend or relative? We gladly accept and greatly appreciate monetary donations of any size towards operating the Gorham Pageant of Bands.  All proceeds go directly towards future Pageants and supporting our marching arts programs.  Donations may be made out to "Marcus Whitman Band & Guard Boosters" and mailed to:

Looking for an opportunity to support our local student musicians and associate your business with a fantastic event right in our backyard? Look no further!

We will work with your business/organzation to recognize your donation during Pageant Weekend.  Please email mwbandboosters@gmail.com for more information about sponsorship tiers and benefits.

Partner with the Marcus Whitman Band & Guard Boosters to host a charity event supporting the Gorham Pageant of Bands! If you own/operate a restaurant, car wash, or other establishment, we can provide volunteers in exchange for a portion of the proceeds from the event.  Please email mwbandboosters@gmail.com to collaborate!

We happily accept in-kind donations of goods and services from local and regional businesses, which help to offset expenses associated with operating the Pageant of Bands!

Possible in-kind donations include:

• Food, drink, and packaging/cutlery to be used at concession sales

• Gift certificates and promotional items to be raffled off

• Tools and supplies to support Pageant set-up, operation, and tear-down

• Reduced/complementary services such as propane supply, tent rental, etc.
